Project Conditions:
Project consisted of a renovation addition of an occupied and operational post office. Project was phased as not to disturb ongoing operation.

Description:
The Monticello Post Office consisted of a 10,000 sq. ft. historic renovation and addition. Multiple phasing was required to integrate new electrical, lighting and heating systems, selective removals, masonry, masonry restoration, architectural woodwork, postal facility fixture installations, carpentry, ceilings replacement, historical window replacement, roofing and site work.
